Used to Clean: Healthcare instruments, Laboratory ware, vacuum equipment, tissue culture ware, personal protective equipment, sampling apparatus, catheters, tubing, pipes, radioactive contaminated articles, optical parts, electronic components, pharmaceutical apparatus, metal castings, industrial parts, tanks, & reators.

Used to Remove: Soil, grit, buffing compound, slime, grease, fats, opils, blood, tissue, salts, deposits, particulates, solvents, chemicals, radioisotopes, radioactive contaminations, silicone oils, mold release agents.

Surfaces Cleaned: Corrosion inhibited formulation recommended for glass, metal, stainless steel, porcelian, ceramic, plastic, rubber & fiberglass. Can be used on soft metals such as copper, aluminum, zinc & magnesium if rinsed promptly. Corrosion testing may be advisable.

Cleaning Method: Soak, brush, sponge, cloth, ultrasonic, flowthrough clean-in-place. Will foam-not for spray or machine use.

Directions: Prepare a fresh 1% solution (approx. 1-1/4oz. ALCONOX per gal. water) of cold, warm or hot water.  If available use warm water. Use cold water for blood stains. For difficult soils use higher concentrations & hot water. Use a paste for non-abrasive scouring. Use a 2% soak solution to unfeeze stopcocks. To remove silver tarnish, soak silver in ALCONOX solution in an aluminum container. Use desired cleaning method. RINSE THOROUGHLY - preferably with running water. For critical cleaning do a final rinse or all rinsing in distilled or deionized water.
