Stainless Steel Centralizers

These all stainless  steel  centralizers center  your monitoring  pipe,

screen,  or piezometers  in the  well  borehole.  They  help  stabilize

your pipe,  eliminating  the  danger  of  off - center or  wavering well

installations.  This   is  important  when  using   a  sample  bailer  or

probe.  Using  centralizers will   improve your  silica  sand pack and

bentonite seal  installations.  All stainless steel construction,  includ-

ing the  spring steel  straps, allows for use in even  the most  critical

monitoring  applications.  T - Bolt  Style  have self - locking stainless

steel nuts which allow non-slip clamping of the centralizer on to your

monitoring pipe.

2” thru 5” centrailizers adjust up to a 12” hole

6” centralizers adjust up to a 20” hole

8” centralizers adjust up to a 24” hole

10” centralizers adjust up to a 26” hole

12” centralizers adjust up to a 28” hole

New Worm-Gear Style use all stainless steel SAE HD clamps in place of the T-Bolt type clamping design. The Worm-Gear style allows higher installation torque values ( 90 - 100 inch pounds ) compared to the T-Bolt style ( 50 - 70 inch pounds ). High strength worm gear centralizers are self contained. They do not require nuts, which can easily be lost. They have a narrower profile than T-Bolt centralizers, thus minimizing hole obstruction and allowing for better grouting and sand pack placement.
