Used to Clean: Healthcare instruments, laboratory ware, vacuum equipment, tissue culture ware, personal protective equipment, sampling apparatus, catheters, tubing, disk drives, clean rooms, EEG patient prep, optical parts, electronic components, phramaceutical equipment, metal castings, forgings, & stapings, industrial parts, pipes, tanks & reactors. Authorized by USDA for use in federally inspected meat & poultry plants. Passes inhibitory residue test for water analysis. Used for phosphate sensitive analytical ware.
Used to Remove: Soil, grit, slime, grease, fats, oils, blood, tissue, particulates, deposits, chemicals and solvents.
Surface cleaned: Corrosion inhibited formulation recommended for glass, metal, stainless steel, porcelain, ceramic, plastic, cement and fiberglass. Can be used on soft metals such as copper, aluminum, zinc & magnesium if rinsed promptly. Used for art restoration. Corrosion testing may be advisable.
Cleaning Method: Soak, brush, sponge, cloth, ultrasonic, flow through clean-in-place. Will foam-not for spray or machine use.
Directions: Prepare a 1% solution (approx. 1-1/4oz. LIQUI-NOX per gal. water) of cold, warm or hot water. If available use warm water. Use cold water for removing blood stians. For difficult soils use higher concentrations and hot water. Use desired cleaning method. RINSE THOROUGHLY - preferably with running water. For critical cleaning do a final rinse or all rinsing on distilled or deionized water.
